CEXEC's Group insurance plans

All CEXEC full-time employees, and their eligible dependents, are eligible to participate in CEXEC's medical, dental, and/or vision insurance plans. Plan costs are shared by the employee      and the company. The employee portion of the medical, dental and vision premiums are paid with pre-tax dollars through the Section 125 Flexible Benefits Plan.

UHC Machine Readable Files (MRF)

The above link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.

health savings account (HSA)

CEXEC’s medical plan is a High Deductible Health Plan. Participants of the medical plan      may be eligible to participate in a Health Savings Account. CEXEC contributes a specified amount into employees' HSA's each pay period. Employees can contribute their own pre-tax dollars up to the maximum annual limit, to use for current or future medical expenses.

flexible benefits plan (FSA)

The Flexible Benefits Plan allows employees to defer pre-tax dollars for contribution to Medical Reimbursement and/or Dependent Care accounts. 

VOLUNTARY LIFE INSURANCE (SUPPLEMENTAL)

CEXEC offers to employees the opportunity to purchase additional life insurance for themself, their spouse, and/or their dependent children.

CEXEC provides PTO to all salaried employees to enable them to take paid time off for rest, recreation, illness, and personal reasons. CEXEC believes this time is valuable for employees to enhance their productivity and make their work experience with CEXEC personally satisfying.
