Devon Musselman, Director, Administration

Devon first joined the CEXEC team in 2007 as an experienced Human Resources practitioner. His 20+ years of experience in the Federal Government arena have exposed him to all aspects of running a business within the Federal Government framework. After a four year hiatus with Accenture Federal Services, Devon returned to CEXEC as our Chief of Business Operations where he is responsible for leading, managing and improving all aspects of the CEXEC corporate business operations environment. Devon’s primary focus is to create an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, integrity, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce.

Devon received his bachelor’s degree from George Mason University and quickly transitioned into Business Management where he has excelled ever since. Starting out in Training Development and Human Resources Management in 1991, Devon has progressed up through the management ranks within the government and defense services sector, particularly in the areas of Professional Services and Information Technology. In 2010, Devon was nominated by his peers for a Leadership Award sponsored by Leadership Awards of Greater Washington and the Washington Business Journal, which recognizes executives for outstanding contributions to their organizations.

Devon leverages his extensive leadership and adept communication skills as our Chief of Business Administration here at CEXEC. His unique ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, team partners, and all levels within organizations makes him a valuable player among all the staff. As a key member of the executive staff, Devon can be relied upon to provide a neutral and non-biased strategic approach to just about any given situation or circumstance. Further, his vast experience with the legal aspects of Human Resources makes him an invaluable asset to the CEXEC team.
